From sales to finance, customer service and production, each and every person within UCC Coffee is passionate about ensuring from bean to cup, our coffees are the most loved, most consumed and most visible across Australia and New Zealand.

Dean Divehall, Chief Executive Officer

Our CEO, Dean Divehall, is a passionate communicator and creative powerhouse. With degrees in Architecture, Law and Commerce, and over 15 years of senior marketing and management experience in Australasia, Dean is a great leader, change-maker and communicator.

Dean joined us in 2014, bringing with him substantial FMCG experience, including roles as Managing Director of NZ’s largest snack food business, Bluebird Foods, and Managing Partner at Publicis Mojo Australia.

As you might imagine, Dean’s downtime is still action-orientated. If he’s not spending time with family, Dean’s keeping fit or painstakingly restoring heritage properties.
